By downloading, installing, or using the Sage Weight application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sage Quant, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Sage Weight is a health and wellness tracking application designed to help users monitor their GLP-1 medication usage, weight, and related health metrics.

• The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication or treatment plan.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Sage Weight offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

• Premium features require an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• You retain ownership of all health data you enter into the App.
• You may export or delete your data at any time through the App settings.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use the App to collect information about other users without their consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Sage Quant, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• The Sage name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Sage Quant, Inc.
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
